In the autobiography, Nelson openly discussed a past suicide attempt, recalling a time when he felt so low that he considered ending his life. He confessed to a bar patron that he once contemplated suicide by putting his head on a train track but returned to the bar after 15 minutes.However, Nelson has no intention of leaving the music business.
